We offer a selection for vegetarian and vegan guests, with choice and flavour for all. We think you'll love our menu — with our chef specials cooked from fresh daily, you can always let us know what you might like, because we're here to help you enjoy.
With our authentic charcoal grill, you can enjoy the finest cuts of 28-day matured pure Welsh steak, fresh fish and seafood dishes cooked to perfection. We've an offering for meat-free and vegan guests, with the little ones looked after too — we are here for daily light bites, working lunches in the heart of town, or that extra special occasion.

Authentic Charcoal Grill
Our charcoal grill is not a feature it is the foundation. Every steak, every kebab, every piece of fish is kissed by real flame, delivering a depth of flavour that simply cannot be replicated.
28-Day Matured Pure Welsh Steak
We source exclusively from Welsh farms and dry-age our beef in-house for a full 28 days. The result is a steak of exceptional tenderness, flavour and provenance traceable from field to flame.
Fresh Fish & Seafood Daily
Our seafood is sourced fresh every morning from Swansea Bay day-boat fishermen and trusted suppliers. Line-caught, seasonal and handled with care you taste the difference.
